The room where has balcony. The location was particularly good: a main shopping street and a shopping area were within walking distance.

Accommodating and incredibly nice staff, everything was perfect. Got the same studio booked online with lovely balcony as well as very comfortable bed.

We stayed at Studios Floreal for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to the train station and a short walk to the city center. Despite our late arrival, the staff were kind enough to meet us and complete the check-in process the next morning. The studio itself overlooked Avenue Jean Medecin and was clean and comfortable. It had all the kitchen facilities we needed and the welcome we received was friendly and informative. A great choice for couples.

Perfect strategical position. Walking distance from railway station, bus stop in front of the door, walking distance from airport bus stop. Positioned in street full of shops, supermarkets and services, 15 minutes walking distance from the sea and the promenade. Perfect quality/price balance

There is no reception. If there is a problem, you can call the owner or in the building there is a lady who takes care of the apartments that speaks only French. There were no body products in the bathroom (I had to buy them). No air conditioning and no heating. In summer time impossible to sleep with windows opened because of the very crowded and noisy street. Loud noises coming from the bathroom next door. The refrigerator is noisy.

A fair price. Excellent location for trains and buses. Only half an hour from Monaco, Monte Carlo, Cannes. The caretaker was very pleasant and helpful.

The studio apartment was different to the one advertised (lower standard..not as nice). Smelt of stale urine. Definately not cleaned before we arrived. Floor was grubby. Very basic.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the old town, railway station, and various attractions all within walking distance. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchenette and provided a map of the area for guests to use.

The internet connection was extremely unreliable and hard to connect to, making it impossible to get any work done or stream movies.

Location - amazing, Value for money - amazing, has everything you really need. We felt like at home due to the facilities. Will definitely go back.

Our stay at Studios Floreal was excellent. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. The owner, Rachel, was very accommodating and provided helpful advice. The balcony offered a nice view of the main avenue. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
